Doesnt work any more :-(

This app doesnt work at all any more. I havent updated to the new IOS 8.0 because I didnt want any conflicts so that isnt the problem. I still have the same operating system (7.1.2) that has worked until recently. Now it doesnt work, so you cannot blame it on the new IOS 8. What has happened? I want to use your app but it just does not work. It certainly doesnt work on my new iPhone 6+ but the fact that it has STOPPED working on my iPad2 when it has worked before and now doesnt is a huge problem.
